Refund policy

We offer a 5-day credit policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:

  • Refunds and exchanges can only be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.
  • A credit will not be provided if you return your item with any type of damage (merchandise misused or abused).
  • All returns must be in the original undamaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, otherwise they will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping, shipping cost, and proof of delivery on all returns. Please ensure return shipments are properly packaged and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if they are lost by the carrier or damaged by the carrier.
  • All defective merchandise may be returned to us only within 5 days of receipt. Misused or abused merchandise will not be considered defective.
  • Shipping cost (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipment (including customs duties, taxes, and fees).
  • Clearance or Sale Items: All items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless the item is defective upon receipt.
  • Shipping Information Responsibility: The customer is responsible for confirming and providing accurate delivery address and contact information of the recipient. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
