• Orders are shipped by USPS mail (priority mail).
• Puerto Rico receives orders within 1 to 2 business days.
• The United States receives orders within 3 to 4 business days.
• Shipping takes 1 business day to process and ship. Due to Covid-19, high volume of production, and during holiday periods, accessory deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and continued support of local businesses.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or shipments with incorrect delivery information.

Please note: If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, before contacting us, you must verify the following information:

• Check the tracking number sent to your email.

• Make sure you have the correct delivery address and contact details for your order.

• Check at a local post office and/or search in safe areas near you.

• We are not responsible for orders sent to the address indicated by the client after being processed correctly.
